MEDITATION

MEDITATION is a journey to know who you actually are? you r not just body which is tagged with a name given by ur parents(or sm relatives).IN BHAGAVAD GEETA-krishna said 2 arjun dat meditate on me,dis helps u 2 clean all d impurities u put on ur soul,gradually,u listen & see d eternal truth u barely dreamed of before.
1-Relax d body & mind- do some exercises or yoga for 5 minutes to awaken d flow of energy,
then sit in any posture (can sit in simple crossed leg position) on woolen
or silk cloth(this cloth blocks d energy ,otherwise to be pulled down by
magnetic forces of earth) on floor or on chair, keeping d spine straight .
2- Concentrattion- close ur eyes & concentrate at d point between ur eyebrows (where
d indian ladies put kumkum orbindi on their forehead)
think of god (ur ishta dev) at this point,
watach ur breath , dont get conscious ,simply watch & think of god.
Inhale d breath- while inhaling d breath ,try to feel d flow of breath in ur spine from
MUladhar (base of d spine) to agya chakra (pt between d eyebrows)
Exhale d breath- while exhaling d breath, feel d breath in ur spine from agya
to muladhar chakra.
CHANTING- chant AUM silently( or if u want u can chant loudly first 2-3 times) while
inhaling & exhaling, concentrating at agya chakra.
3 AT END OF D MEDITATION - offer a prayer for guidance or whatever u want.
Feel d peace in ur mind, heart & whole body.
AS KRISHNA says in GEETA THAT little practice of meditation 'll save us from fears & sufferings.. AUM
